Peak-Ryzex’s ninth annual mobility solutions expo will rev its engines in 2019 with a new VR racing simulator

Peak-Ryzex, a leading global name in end-to-end mobility solutions, is gearing up for its iNSIGHT19 expo on Thursday 3rd October, and this year it’s aiming for a podium finish with the debut of a new F1 racing simulator. Sponsored by Honeywell, the Playseat from Virtually Entertained will enable delegates to strap into an immersive F1 experience complete with racing wheel and pedals.

And, to make your time on the track even more immersive, you’ll be able to don a VR headset and experience the thrills and spills of modern motorsport at its pinnacle, all from the safety of our HQ in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The simulator is a single seat affair inside a flight case-style design. With a display to show others how you’re doing on the track, the simulator is big enough to accommodate users who are between 120cm and 220cm in height.

The simulator will be located at the rear of the Print Hub, and delegates will have the opportunity to jump into the driving seat and set their own lap time. A leaderboard will be running throughout the day, and the driver with the best time will win a prize worthy of their virtual four-wheeled prowess. Don’t forget to take your lap time back to the Honeywell stand to be in with a chance of winning!

The new Print Hub, which makes its debut at iNSIGHT19, brings together some of the best and brightest new innovations from the world of print & media. Sponsored by OKI, this area of the event will include hardware and software demos from the likes of Citizen, NiceLabel and more.
